Monique is part of the frontline reception team and provides a super friendly first point of contact. She has an extensive background in building customer relations having worked across various front facing roles in the hospitality industry to marketing and PR in major construction companies and so fully understands the importance of offering a five-star customer experience. She also shares a passion for health and wellbeing having spent time as a therapist in Holistic Therapies and Massage at St David’s Spa Hotel. But perhaps most important, she makes a fantastic cup of tea!
Monique enjoys a challenge and as if raising three teenagers is not enough, she has completed an Ironman 70.3, various charity cycle rides for 2 Wish and British Heart Foundation and is a regular Cardiff Half Runner.
