As part of our front desk team, Naomi Sanders is one of the first faces you see when you walk through our door, greeting with a smile on her face and a cheery demeanor. Coming from experiences in customer service, social media, and marketing, she is ready to deliver her diverse toolset to the company with creative ideas and a mean cup of tea. Spending 7 years building her skillset with ProCook, and expanding further on Naomi’s own social media pages, Naomi’s always keeping up with the culture online to see how it can benefit the business in the online spaces. Just don’t be surprised if she randomly says a meme or online joke in a conversation!

Outside the clinic, Naomi enjoys taking part in the Cardiff music scene, supporting her friends in bands and spending time along Womanby Street. She’s always searching for that particular sound to write about as a music journalist. She also enjoys meeting up with friends and playing Dungeons & Dragons with them, fueling her love for all things fantasy.

Her goal is to create a welcoming space, both in person and online, that people can easily come to for treatment within a safe and friendly environment. Naomi always aims for people to leave a smile on their face, either from their appointment, or from watching an amusing video on the social pages.
