Kasia grew up in the Vale of Glamorgan and joined the Agile team back in January 2016.  She started ballet at the age of 3 and continues to dance today. She also has a love of musical theatre, and has dedicated years to studying it as an art form (don’t get her started on Cats – she could talk about it all day!). It was her passion for movement that sparked her interest in health and fitness, and that’s what brought her to Agile. 

Kasia is a fluent Welsh speaker, and she’s happy to converse with anyone who also speaks Welsh as their chosen language.  Even if you’re a learner, please don’t be shy, you are more than welcome to practise your skills with her!

Since completing her customer service course in 2016, she has started studying part-time for a degree in Law – perfect for Kasia because she loves a good chat! 

When she’s not studying or running around after her toddler, Kasia can be found at the front desk of our reception area, and she’s always ready to assist the Agile family.
